Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using our services or website. By scheduling service or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Affinity Hot Water Technology ("Company," "we," "us") provides tankless water heater installation, repair, maintenance, and related water treatment services in the Greater Houston, Texas area. All services are performed by licensed and insured technicians.

2. Estimates & Pricing

Estimates provided — whether in person, by phone, or via the website form — are not binding until confirmed in a written service agreement or invoice signed by both parties. Final pricing may vary based on conditions discovered during the service visit, including but not limited to: code-required upgrades, unforeseen access issues, or parts not initially identified. We will communicate any pricing changes before proceeding.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointment times are confirmed subject to technician availability. We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a service call fee. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to emergency calls, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Warranty

Labor performed by Affinity Hot Water Technology is warranted for 90 days from the date of service. Equipment and parts are covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty. Manufacturer warranties may require documented annual maintenance to remain valid — we provide written service reports to support warranty claims. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, third-party modifications, or acts of God.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Financing options may be available through third-party lenders — financing terms and approval are subject to lender requirements and are independent of Affinity Hot Water Technology.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, Affinity Hot Water Technology's liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to water damage, property loss, or lost use of a system.

7. Access & Safety

Customers agree to provide safe and adequate access to the equipment being serviced. Technicians reserve the right to refuse or stop work if site conditions are deemed unsafe or if equipment poses a safety hazard.

8. Website Use

This website and its content are provided for informational purposes only. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or completeness of any information presented. Use of the contact form does not create a service contract.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Harris County, Texas.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
